How to clean under a toilet rim

When you’re cleaning the toilet bowl, it’s crucial that you also clean under the rim. To do this, you can use Lysol® Power Toilet Bowl Cleaner, which both cleans and disinfects your entire toilet and is especially angled to hit your toughest stains directly under the rim. To sanitize and disinfect, follow the steps below:

1. Flush toilet before cleaning.
2. Apply 4 oz. to coat the bowl including under the rim and do not close the lid.
3. Let stand for at least 10 minutes.
4. Scrub the entire bowl and under the rim thoroughly.
5. Flush and then rinse your brush in fresh water.
6. Repeat if necessary.

How to remove limescale from toilet rim

In order to clean limescale from the toilet rim and toilet rim jets, you’ll need to make sure that they are not emitting any water. To do this, find the small shutoff valve at the base of the toilet and rotate clockwise to stop any water coming through. Next, flush the toilet to drain.

How to clean toilet rim holes
