Lysol Sweepstakes Rules

The Lysol Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is an online invitation-only entry sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 AM (ET) on 05/01/2026 and ends at 11:59:59 PM (ET) on 06/30/2026 (“Promotion Period”). There will be one (1) Grand Prize winner that will be randomly selected at the conclusion of the Sweepstakes.

(3) Alternative Method of Entry: During the Promotion Period, to enter the Promotion, include your name, address, phone number, age, and subject line “Lysol Email Sweepstakes” on a piece of paper and mail it in an envelope with proper postage to BAM Strategy, PO Box 93377, Newmarket RPO Yonge Mulock, ON, L3X 1A3, Canada. Attention: Lysol Email Sweepstakes. For each mailed-in entry, you will receive one (1) entry into the Promotion indicated on your entry card and envelope. Limit one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes per entrant. All mail-in entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and none will be acknowledged or returned. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, misdirected or postage-due entries, which will be disqualified. All mail-in entries must be received by the Sponsor during the Promotion Period.

Limit one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes per person. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. No automated entry devices, bots and/or other programs and/or software are permitted for entry. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, invalid, misdirected, technically corrupted or garbled entries, which will be disqualified, or for problems of any kind, whether mechanical, human or electronic. Only fully completed entries are eligible. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which will be final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online participant in the Sweepstakes, participation will be deemed completed by the Authorized Account Holder of the email address provided at the time of participation. “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provided, online service provider, wireless carrier, or other organization (e.g. business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Potential winners may be required to provide Sponsor with proof that he/she is the Authorized Account Holder of the email address associated with the winning Sweepstakes entry. If a dispute cannot be resolved to Sponsor’s satisfaction, the affected Sweepstakes entry will be deemed ineligible. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Only fully completed entries are eligible.

ONE (1) Grand Prize winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received on or within the next 15 business days after the end of the Sweepstakes by Sponsor or its designee, whose decisions are final and binding.

ONE (1) Grand Prize of $1,000 Ticketmaster Gift Card. Overall bundle valued at $1000.

Each Prize Bundle will be mailed, shipping included, to each of the winners. Total ARV of all prizes $1000. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Limit one (1) prize per person. All applicable federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.

Sponsor does not guarantee the availability or price of any specific event tickets, including professional soccer matches. Potential winners are advised that ticket availability for high-demand events may be limited to "Resale" tickets only, which often exceed the face value of the prize and may range significantly in price. Any costs exceeding the $1,000 prize value, including but not limited to additional ticket costs, service fees, taxes, or travel expenses, are the sole responsibility of the winner. The prize is valid for any available tickets on the Ticketmaster platform and is not restricted to soccer-related events.

Promotion Entities are not responsible for lost, late, mutilated or illegible entries nor for electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions or limitations of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor or presenter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Sweepstakes is technically impaired or corrupted or that fraud or technical problems, failures or malfunctions or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control have destroyed or severely undermined or to any degree impaired the integrity, administration, security, proper play and/or feasibility of the Sweepstakes as contemplated herein. In the event Sponsor is prevented from awarding prizes or continuing with the Sweepstakes as contemplated herein by any event beyond its control, Sponsor shall have the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes. If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the designated end date, Sponsor will (if possible) select winners in a random drawing from all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the date of the event giving rise to the termination. Inclusion in such drawing shall be each entrant’s sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstances. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.

By entering this Sweepstakes, all entrants grant the Sponsor and/or its agents permission to use their first name, and/or statements in any media created. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree that the Sponsor may use such information obtained from entrants in this Sweepstakes for marketing purposes, and may include the names of winners in a publicly available winner list.
